Fitness Advantage started out in the late 1980's in the basement of Tina Juan's house to cater to the residents of Ayala Alabang. Through mere word-of-mouth, there was a rise in demand, so it was moved to Alabang Town Center eight years ago. Now, with even more people getting conscious of their health and fitness, Fitness Advantage has decided to move to a bigger and better place with added amenities, upgraded equipment and at a competitive price range - though still keeping the quality of service it is known for.

AHEAD - We take pride in the safety and education we provide to both our members and personnel. We undergo training once a week, just to ensure that we are advanced in what we teach and that we provide the execution safely and properly.

ACHIEVE - At FA, we customize each program to each person's needs because we are driven to deliver results. Name it, we have it - a golf program, a basket ball program, program for diabetics, hypertensive people … we have stress management, weight control, etc. etc. Here, we make sure that we achieve each and every person's fitness goals.
